the concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. a comfy bed. the central location was perfect for tram, boat, train access and neighborhood walks.

the common areas displayed fine decor and our superior double or twin room offered a fresh, modern ambiance. the bar was a welcome space for relaxation with my kids following busy days exploring. frequent, modern, and clean trains made airport transfers effortless via the nearby station.

The location suited my needs. The hotel is close to the train station. My room was quite spacious. The breakfast offered many choices. I found the food acceptable one evening, despite a limited menu.
The alley outside my room was loud at night. The noise from bin collection woke me at an ungodly hour. I found earplugs in the drawer next to the bed. I had to laugh about the situation.

the AIR conditioning barely worked . the advertised pillow menu was nowhere to be found in the room , and when I inquired at the front desk , the staff seemed UNAWARE of its existence. it was a FRUSTRATING experience.
